It all started on a Friday after closing. The phone rang at 6:15. It was our best client. They had found “bed bugs” in their N.Y.C. location and they were desperate for help.

Their two national pest vendors had turned them down due to the logistics. Yes I understand that we were not even doing pest control at this point but our client needed us.

Saturday 9AM. (32) tractor trailors waited in line as 150 workers in “Willy Wonka” whites marked, tagged, and loaded over 80,000 SF of retail and all the merchandise. Two floors of office space and a basement were all taken away within 48 hours of our receiving the call. In under 1 week we had the merchandise treated, restocked and the store was open for business the following Thursday morning. A competitor across the street was closed for four months with the same issue.
